Waupaca Digital makes games. This page covers this website. The Squishy Merge! app has its own policy, and that one is the policy of record — it is the URL filed with Apple, and it is linked at the bottom of this page.

This website

waupacadigital.com is a few static pages. There is no sign-up, no comment box and no shopping cart, so there is nothing for you to hand over and nothing for us to keep.

• No analytics. We run no analytics script and no tracking pixel. Nobody is counting your visit or following you to the next site.
• No cookies. This site sets none, which is why you were not asked about any.
• No ad network. This site carries no advertising code and shares nothing with ad networks.

Our host, Cloudflare, keeps ordinary server logs for a short period as part of serving and protecting the site. We do not use them to build a profile of you, and we do not combine them with anything else.

Fonts

Type on the home page is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google to fetch it. Google receives your IP address as part of that request, the way it would for any image hosted elsewhere. It is the only third-party request on the site.

If you email us

Mail to [email protected] reaches a real inbox. We keep your message so we can answer it and so we can recognise you if you write again about the same thing. We do not add you to a mailing list — we have no mailing list — and we do not pass your address to anyone.

Children

This site is not directed at children and collects nothing from anyone. The app's own policy covers how Squishy Merge! handles this.

The app

Squishy Merge! is a separate thing with separate rules, written up in full here: Squishy Merge! privacy policy. Short version: no account, no email, no cross-app tracking — the game sends anonymous numbers about a finished run and nothing that identifies you.

Changes

If this policy changes we will change the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, which is the point.
